Subject:Large Chinese bronze vase
Posted By: Janet Sun, Jul 01, 2018 IP: 174.155.85.223 Interesting Chinese Bronze Vase about 15 1/2" tall. It is marked in the interior with a 9 character mark. I would have to say it has a reasonable amount of age. I see this shape is defined as Gu however would a piece this large be for wine? I would love to know any more about it. The decoration is a stylized bird with swirls.
