These aren't paintings, but some sort of printed reproduction of paintings. I don't recognize the first one, but the second one is a Southern Song painting supposedly done by the Gaozong emperor (d. 1187):

Both paintings are in the former imperial collection housed in the National Palace Museum, Taiwan.
