Egashira 江頭 Sei 製 Made by Egashira.
But I could not find anything about Egashira.
But I did found a mark with Egashira Gama (Egashira kiln) and a Egashira Sei mark, written from left to right with in English under it: Made in Japan.
That dates it at the earliest 1921, since Made in Japan became mandatory since 1921.
Regards,
Martin.
