Subject:Request help on ID of Mark on Japanese Bronze Hawk or Ospry

Greetings,
Request your help in identifying the signature on the base of this large Bronze Okimono Hawk. I believe the piece is from the late Edo period circa 1880-1910. The "19" hints to late 19th or early 20th Cent.
Sorry for the upside down photos. Not sure how to prevent that.
