Subject:Fine blue and white Chinese?? vase

Hello!
Help, please, understand who the author (artist) of this beautiful vase is?
This vase from the family of a Soviet diplomat in China, brought to the USSR until 1953.

It is a Japanese vase, the mark reads:
Arita 有田 Yaki 焼 Kissho 吉祥 Saku 作 (Arita ware - work by Kissho).
Showa Period mid 20th century.

Hi,

The mark reads "Arita yaki Ki Sho saku" (Arita ware made by Ki Sho) so this is Japanese.
