Robert,

I can't figure out the impressed seal, so you need someone more experienced than me to solve that.
The written mark has 3 characters in my opinion, the last 2 being "Zo kore" 造之 (made this) and the first character is a Yago /\ mark above probably 佐 "Sa" (= assistant).
Together they are not a real Kanji character, but Yago marks are often the marks of small family workshops in the 1920's - 1930's.
Beautiful dish by the way.
