Hi Mario,

Beautiful vase.
The mark reads Ryuzan 隆山 Seizo 製造 (manufactured by Ryuzan). Late Meiji somewhere detween 1880-1910. Unfortunately I could not found anything about this artist.
I found another mark by this artist, see my picture.
Regards,
Martin.

Here's another Satsuma-marked item signed as by Ryuzan, but painted in a different motif. It will be up for auction later this month in Vienna. Below, a lightly edited machine-translation of the German-language description:

Ryuzan: Small Satsuma can catalogue number: AK1112-161

Ceramics with enamel colors and gold Japan Meiji Time (1868-1912) Height 2.85 cm, through. 9 cm very well executed poet décor in the kind of "Millefiori ". Larger and many small blossoms, leaves and areas with golden dots fill the composition. In the foreground are white chrysanthemums and reddish peonies. Inside an enchanting painted representation of peonies and butterflies, on the underside of the lid it is Prunus blossoms. In indented grounds, a Satsuma crest as well as the bordered signature of Ryuzan (隆山).

Remarks: From an upper Austrian private collection

In case the link doesn't work, here it is again for pasting in the browser:
