I'm having a hard time trying to identify the author of this print. I believe that is something related to ningyo dolls.
My work with one of the inscriptions:
風流繰(?) 人形
I need a little help with the cursive script.
Any information will be welcome.

Your reading is correct　- transcription runs
風流繰人形　-　Furyu Karakuri Ningyō　-　Elegant Karakuri Puppet Play
The cursive part,
老姓之三番児　-　Rōsei no sanbanji ca. The third
old character
Round seal,
極　-　Kiwame- (Examined) Censor's seal
