Your censer could be Qing but apparently isn't Ming, since its mark of "Made during the Xuande Reign of the Great Ming Dynasty" has an extra stroke in the "De" character that wasn't present in period marks. Compare 徳 and 德, the former having been used in the period (1426-35).

Best regards,

Take this to a museum for authentication.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
