In several name-dictionaries I could find only one painter with name Jing Lun from the Qing era.
Year of birth and death unknown.
He was from Yuyao County,Zhejiang Province, Painted
figures, elegant ladies, flowers and birds.
The question is how old is your picture - from the screen it`s hard to say anything.
