Subject:Chinese Porcelain Figure

The height is 27cm.
There are a series of holes arching over head, presumably for hair inserts.
There is a hole top center forehead from which emerges a wire with a red object. I do not know how long the wire is, it appears to be copper.
There is a hole in each hand, at the zenith on the right and at 9:00 on the left (as viewed from front.)
I would be most grateful for any enlightenment with regards to the figure represented and the likely era of production.
