Signature and seal reads,
掃雲　-　Sōun
Chigusa Sōun 千種掃雲　1873-1944
Studied under Takeuchi Seihō. Lecturer at the Kyoto High School of Arts and Crafts. Founded the Heigo Artists`s Association in 1906.
