Colophon,
題　性金士悟書　-　Inscription by the enlightened Xing Jin　Master
Upper seal,
金麻子印　-　Seal of Jin Mazi　（Jin the Pockmarked)
- Pseudonym
Lower seal,
性　－Xing　　-　（Nature)　－Other pseudonym

Presumably a name of a monk.
