Thank you for looking... We need help with what the red characters say. What is this item used for and is there a pattern name? About 8 inches wide and high and relatively thick ceramic.

It is Japanese, and the inscription says,
祝健康　-　Wish you good health !
六角村　-　Rokkakumura (Hexagonal Village)

A fictional village name in Aomori Prefecture from　"The Kindaichi Case Files" mystery manga series
(1992)
I hope an expert on ceramics will comment on the pattern etc
