On the right: Satsuma 薩广 with an abbreviated 2nd character for 摩 "ma".
On the left: Sessan or Setsuzan 雪山 (ON-reading), might even be Yukiyama in KUN-reading.

Written articles about Satsuma describe this mark as "Sessan" (not Yukiyama), which was a decorating studio in the Awataguchi area of Kyoto. Date: circa 1900.
