I received old hanging scroll painting from my father.I would like to know meaning of seals and texts.Very appreciate to someone can help me.

富貴白頭　-　Peonies and gray starling
丁亥秋九月　-　Year of Fire-Boar (1887) Autumn, September
居廉冩　-　Painted by Ju Lian (Signature)
Upper seal,
古泉　-　Guchuan (Old spring) - Courtesy name
Lower seal,
居廉　-　Ju Lian
Colector`s seal,
譚觀成印　-　Seal of Tan Guancheng

Ju Lian 居廉　1828-1904
Famous bird-and-flower painter in Qing Dynasty.

This is a reproduction of the Palace Museum (Peking) original
