Subject:Artist's signature on bronze

Hi, I have a beautiful bronze sculpture of a bird perched on a Japanese water iris. The piece is stamped underneath. I was hoping someone could help me and identify the markings on the bottom.

Name of the individual designer: 一正 (Kazumasa)

Seal: 秀光監製 ('Hidemitsu kansei' - made under the suprvision of Hidemitsu), name of the workshop.

Meiji period, Tokyo school.
