Subject:Qianlong ? mark on plaque

I believe this mark on this figural fan plaque is Qianlong. Can anyone help with what the seal says and approximate age of the plaque ?

The mark is QianLong and reads 乹隆御覽之寶 - a treasure for the viewing pleasure of the QianLong emperor.

But the decorator who wrote that appallingly clumsy 'seal' would be in danger of at best exile to the southernmost areas of Guandong province, if not having his fingers cut off.
