This is the mark of Nishiura 西浦 Enji 5th (1856-1914).

In 1885 Nishiura Enji 5th (based in Mino) opened an Etsuke workshop that decorated porcelain with fine Sometsuke and overglaze painting. He was best known for coloured underglaze decoration produced by the Fuki-e technique with the help of stencils. Also in 1885 he established Tajimi Trading & Co. Ltd., which opened a branch in Boston in 1899.
Regards,
Martin.
