Subject:A painting/calligraphy I don't know too much about.

I have this painting that I just recently got, but I don't know too much about it and the seals and calligraphy are a bit hard for my amateur eye to read. If anyone knows anything about it or can offer possible interpretations I would appreciate it.

洞庭時鮮　-　Dongting season's freshes
丁卯年冬十二月　- Year of Fire-Rabbit (....1987)
Winter December Month
画於海上 松英　- Painted in　Haishang* by Songying
Upper seal,
敏之　-　Minzhi - Presumably art-name
Lower seal,
松英　-　Songying - Given name (Female)

*Haishang is an alternative name for Shanghai

Thank you very much for your response and help! I was able to get some of the calligraphy myself, but not all of it. It's good to finally have the whole thing, so thank you! I have two more seals that are on the painting, if you wouldn't mind helping out with those as well.

The other seals are just leisure seals,
1, 長楽　-　Changle -　Long pleasure
2、ｘ壽　-　 x shou - x long life (I can't read the first character)
