Subject:Calligraphy in porcelain

I need help with the identification of this chinese characters in this porcelain layered box.
i tried to pull up the images together. And tried to identify some of the characters, but i'm having trouble with the running script.

The first line: 宇 轩 行 枟
The other two are the same:東请马苍(爸)

But im not sure if this is right!

Any help will be appreciated!

From right to left,
松竹軒宇　-　Songzhu Xuanyu -　Pine-bamboo House Restaurant
芲有清香　-　Flowers have a faint scent
