Hi, could somebody please translate the embroidered markings on this painting, as well as give me a vague idea of how old it may be. I would personally guess maybe 60s but I could be wrong.

松鶴長生　-　Songhe chansheng - Pine trees and cranes live forever
I read the maker's nark in the red box,
龍*綉 - Longxiu "Dragon Embroidery"
(*As of the 1st caracter I can't print the simplified form on my PC)
