龍泉寶劒　-　Longquan sword
Longquan is famous locally for its swords and well known among martial artists. In 2006 the forging technique was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.
It looks like a relatively new ornamental sword.

Hi David,
Your sword is purely for training purposes only and is not sharp. Hence modern and freely available.
Kung fu sword or jian (double edge straight sword).
