If anyone can translate this signature it is appreciated. The watercolor is pretty big

Signature and seal reads,
一是 - Ichize (Japanese) - Yi Shi (Chinese) - Il Si (Korean)
It is an art-name or pseudonym.
I think we're dealing with a Korean artist.

Correction,
I was too much preoccupied with the calligraphy and didn't pay enough attention to the seal.
Seal reads definitely 一晃 The calligraphy of the characters 晃 and 是 is almost the same.
It is definitely Japanese art- or given-name.
Pronounced: Ikkō or Kazuaki
Unfortunately, this signature and seal do not match to the signatures and seals of artists with same Ikkō or Kazuaki names
whose reference signature and seal prints are available on the net or in the literature.

With regards,
I.Nagy
