Can someone please help me determine if this is an authentic plate from the 1736-1795 Qian - long plate

This dish is no older than the late 20th century, according to the well stocked archive of porcelain markings at gotheborg.com. This mark in blue is much the clone of red ones used on dishes coming out of Hong Kong porcelain ornamentation shops in the 1960s-70s, according to the same source. Sorry, but decorative value only.
