Subject:Satsuma vases with folded rim, mark on similar?

Does anyone know when and where these came from and can read the mark on a similar vase on *bay

Another mark on a similar vase with "folded" top rim. Vase is 12", 30cm high.

The black mark reads: 左 Hidari (left), the middle character is unknown to me and the last character is 八 Hachi = 8. Left vase of a pair.

The red mark reads: 右 Migi (right), 三 San = 3 and 0 = zero, I think 3-0, because 30 is normally written as 三十 (San-ju). Right vase of a pair.
