Subject:Japanese Hanging Scroll - help with hanko!!
Posted By: Fujin Sat, Nov 16, 2019 IP: 2a00:23c5:5c03:8b00:

I recently acquired this kakejiku, described as a Bijin-ga by the seller, which is technically true, although I am more inclined to believe it is an historical portrait of Lady Tokiwa Gozen - 常盤御前.

It is signed with three hanko, the second definitely reads 園 - En.

The first (top) could be 風?? But I am just not sure...

And the third (bottom) is completely unreadable to me!!

Thanks in advance if you can help me to figure this one out!

First seal may read 南
