This is a modern piece from Japan. Printed, decorative value only.

According to the forum's very helpful Japanese expert Martin Michels, this is a mark of "Kozan Gama" (庫山窯), the modern Kozan Kiln. See link below.

Marking reads,
庫山窯 - Kozan-gama (Kozan Kiln)

So called Minoyaki ware from Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture.
Name of manufacturer; Kozangama-Maebata China Corp.
