Can anyone help identify or give some information about this mark impressed in the base of a little enameled dragon vase I have owned for many years. I have tried to research the mark but with no success. Thank you

Hi Wendy,
You have a very beautiful Japanese cloisonne vase.
I believe that the mark on the base is that of Master Ando Jubei. Date wise late Meiji period I would say 1890-1910.This period is known as the golden period due to the high quality of wares etc.
