Posted By: Bill H Wed, Jan 15, 2020 The bowl appears to be Japanese and looks new to me due to the shiny glaze. The mark "二郎" came out of my favorite online translator as "Jiro" or "Jirou", which is associated with a famous brand of ramen noodles. Maybe there's a connection, but wait for the forum's specialist Japanese collectors to respond with finer honed perspectives.
