Dear I.Nagy,
Thank you so much for your great help: as usual, you are very kind.
I would have only a last question: which is the meaning of the small seal 卒 (Cu)? Google translator says Soldier...
Thank you again and best regards,
Luciano

Dear Luciano,
The character 卒 (Cu / Tsu) does have a meaning of
"to finish, to complete". In this case could be translated "Done"

With regards,
I.Nagy

Your plaque looks to be painted either during or shortly after the republic period.
Said detail is OK. Not great but alright for the period.
