Subject:Help with a seal

Someone contacted me today with a Painting from Hokusai signed Gakyo Rojin Manji Hitsu, but the seal associated with the painting is something I have never seen so far (The top seal) The bottom one is the Katsushika seal, but what about the top seal ? What does it read ? And, in your opinion, is it a genuine seal ?

4 character seals,
葛飾北斎　-　Katsushika Hokusai
2 characters seal,
戴斗　-　Taito
One of his professional names
