邗上小某王素冩　-　In Hangshan Painted by Xiaomou Wang Su
Upper seal,
王素　-　Wang Su　- Surname and given name
Lower seal,
小某　-　Xiaomu - Courtesy name

Wang Su 王素　1794-1877
Late Qing Dynasty painter, native of Jiangsu.
Was good at figures, animals, birds,, flowers, insects and fishes.
