Hello,
This vase is 24cm high and 15 cm large, I don't think it is old, not more than 50 years old,
There are 2 phoenix certainly hand painted and some writing, some looks in katakana?
Can you help to translate the mark and the writing?

I'm sure I. Nagy will give you a better appreciation of the Japanese here, but thought I'd practice on your vase since I've encountered something like this before.

First Image (Beneath the Imperial Chrysanthemum Mon): 平成御大典 - Heisei Go Taiten - Heisei (Akihito reign - 1989-2019) Imperial (enthronement) Ceremony

Third image: 赤間神宮, 平成二年十一月二十三日 - (At) Akamajingu (Imperial Shinto Shrine), (on the) 23rd of November in the second year of Heisei.

Prince Akihito succeeded his father Hirohito on 7 January 1989, and I believe his enthronement on 23 November 1990 was timed to the end of the official mourning period.

Inscriptions,
平成御大典　-　Heisei Go-Daiten - Heisei Great Thanksgiving*
赤間神宮　-　Akama Jingu*
平成二年十一月二十三日　-　2nd Year of Heisei (1990) 23rd November

* Heisei Great Thanksgiving;
Inaguration ritual held on the above mentioned date in Tōkyo
* Akama Jingu;
Shinto shrine in Shimonoseki, closely associated with the Imperial family.
