Any help translating the writing would be most appreciated. This is second of two similar paintings on silk. Any idea of artist or time-period would also be of great help. Thanks !!

康熙癸巳年立春上浣之時吉文　-　On am Auspicious Day in the First 10 Days Period of Beginning of Spring in the Year of Water-Snake of Kangxi Reign (1713)
呂煥城　-　After *Lu Huancheng
臨作 海上宛斎　-　by *Haishang Wanzhai -Pseudonym-

* Lu Huancheng 呂煥成　1630-1705
Known early Qing dynasty painter.
Note, the name is written mistaken 呂愌城！

＊Haishang Wanzhai - Unidentifiable pseudonym

It's striking that the painters' names are mistaken on both pictures !!
