事能知足心常泰
人到無求品自高
Things can be content and satisfying,
people can't be satisfied without self-improvement
丙戌年初夏
At the Beginning of the Year of Fire-Dog (..1946,2006)
八十江人者於北京 The old man from the River (Yangtze) in his eighties in Peking
Upper and lower seals both read,
楊虎坐 - Yang Huzuo - Surname and given name
Starting seal,
奇情 - （Odd feeling)
I can't find artist with this name.
