The forum has discussed a number of dishes in this Chinese style and with this kind of cursive mark which have also had an impressed mark of the Yamatoku (Mountain Virtue) kiln. I've included some links to previous discussions and images below. It looks to me like the cursive mark on your dish and some others like it I've seen may be 光春 (Koshun). I've found the name associated with a Kyoto kiln that makes modern wares and is run by Shinichi Takashima, the third of his line operating it. Another source said it produces 'Cochin' wares, a kind of ceramic figural handicraft. However, I found nothing to indicate it has ever made dishes like yours.
