曾嬴 - Tseng Ying
Seal reads,
龐曾嬴 - Pang Tseng Ying

Pang Tseng Ying 龐曾嬴 1916-1997
American-Chinese artist.
Graduated from the Chunghua College of Art in Peking. Later studied at Nippon University in Tokyo. After the war served as professor at the National Arts College in Taiwan. His works were introduced to the American public in 1954. In 1965
settled down in the U.S.
