I believe this to be the marking of Makuzu Kozan but wanted to confirm. Thank you

It is indeed.
Nice example.. Jameel Centre (Ashmolean) & Brit Museum should have exact signature comps matching yours.

Likely produced in Yokohama mid-Meiji.
Rough estimate would be during the last decade of the 19th century or shortly after (c. 1890-1905).

Indeed a mark of the Makuzu Kozan kiln.

The mark reads; Makuzu 眞葛 Kama 窑 Kozan 香山 Sei 製 (Makuzu kiln made by Kozan).
