Subject:Old damaged Chinese scroll with script and red seal 2

I was recently given several old scrolls which I have not been able to find out anything about. They are quite heavily stained/damaged/faded. Any information at all would be welcome. Thank you.

蘭瑛之印　-　Seal of Lan Ying
Both the signature and the seal uses the simplified version of the character 蘭 wich is in use only from 1956. In the calligraphy this simlified form has not been used until that time.
Furthermore, the name of Lan Ying 藍瑛、the famous painter of late Ming and early Qing dinasties was written with different Lan "藍".
A botched forgery !
In addition, the inscriptions on this picture and on the previous Tang Yin picture were written by the same hand, the seals were made by the same carver.
