Could someone help me to read these seal prints.
These prints are the 2 sides of the same seal, yin and yang,under and above.

Here are my tentative readings,

孝堂常童字有　
In the hall where the coffin (of one's parents) is laid, the name of child is common.

Pic.2,
棚造起行　　-　Top starting
(Starting seal, affixed in front of inscriptions)
