Subject:JAPAN silver teapot - how old??

How old is this teapot?

I can see from the jungin mark that it is made of silver. What do the other characters mean?

(It's about 3-1/2 inches in diameter)

Hi Paul,
Not really my area. However I think it's early 20th century. So 1920's/30's. Looks like possibly a bone handle.
