European. Amusing version Chinese rock-flowers.

One tip-off is yellow rim, belated imitation 17th-century brown-rim VOC-trade ware.

Stoneware?

Good luck,
Cal

No not Chinese. Looks more like Delft or some other tin glazed European pottery.

This is definitely not Chinese, nor is it Kangxi, nor porcelain for that matter, but a Continental copy, possibly Dutch Delft, although the yellow rim could suggest a Spanish origin.
I am no expert in these Continental ceramics, so I will leave it to others to confirm.

Thank you all for the response and according to a Dutch expert (from Dutch Antiques show) it's a Delft 18e plate . So looks okee to me then .
