Hokusai,

This print is from the series "Shokoku Meikyo Kiran" (Wondrous Views of Famous Bridges in All the Provinces) originally done in 1831-32.
This is view #4 "Hi-etsu no sakai tusribashi" (Suspension bridge between Hida and Etchu Provinces).

I believe yours is a rather recent reproduction.

It's by Katsushika Hokusai,entitled The Suspension Bridge between the provinces of Hida and Etchu(1834-5)
