Can anyone help with information about this artist, date on the back is 1943

I don't recognize it, and it hurts my neck trying to read the sig. A right-side-up photo and a close up of the signature and seal would help.

Hi Kevin,

The title of your print is "Full Moon at Akashi Beach", designed by Tsuchiya Koitsu, and originally published by Watanabe Shozaburo in Spring, 1934. That round seal in the lower left corner, within the image is a 6mm Watanabe seal which is usually indicative of a post-war printing. The date on the back side, 1943, makes absolutely no sense at all. That was during the height of the war years when all of Japanese energy was devoted to the war effort. There were virtually no shin-hanga prints produced during that time.

Can you please post a better photo of the signature and seal?

I think I know who it is, but it is really top small to tell !!
