It probably took several years after the 1922 opening of Tut's tomb for the fashion to spread, so late 1920s would be one option.
Another option is that sometime before 1922 the Japanese took a notion to make Egyptian-themed items, for some mysterious reason.
As to the 1950s, that seems doubtful, as Egyptomania was decades out of fashion then and everyone was trying to be Modern.
If you do a Google Images search for "Japanese Cloisonne Egyptian" you'll discover many other examples. I have a bracelet in this style, but where I've hidden the pictures escapes me.
