Just purchased this fine silk painting and am wondering what the artists name might be.

The artist appears to be Liu Xiaoqing 劉 小晴 (born 1942) based on the seal and script.

Oops! Try Liu Xiaofeng 劉 小峰 instead of Xiaoqing 小晴. I misread the radical.
