Hi Matt,This is a Shin-Hanga print published by Uchida Bijutsu Hangashi, by the artist Ito Nisaburo (1910-1988). It shows Nigatsudo Hall of the Todaiji temple in Nara.

The artist is Nisaburo Ito, the hexagonal seal is of the publisher - Uchida.
