attractive but doesn't look very old. It's a painting wishing long life to the recipient (the peaches, lingzhi fungus, and cranes are all associated with longevity in popular Daoism), traditionally given on birthdays, painted by someone (female I believe) named Zou Li at Fenjiang. Fenjiang is both a tributary of the Yellow River and a spot in Foshan, a city in the Pearl River Delta near Hong Kong which is now a huge manufacturing center. Given the commercial decorative look of the picture, I suspect it may be one of many pictures turned out by Chinese art graduates working for a painting company who are not able to find other work in their field. Just a guess though.
