Posted By: rat Thu, Mar 20, 2014 Tom may be correct; this is a Japanese seal and signature, the second character may be a stylized version of 寶 (particularly if someone recognizes the second character of the signature as 寶), though it the seal still looks more like 寛 (broad) to me.
